Like a Phoenix

Lol Tis Rome again.....I guess Hetalia wise this is how i see him... He's like a phoenix....rising again from the ashes.... XD I think i just really wanted to draw phoenix tailfeathers on a person XD

The color is a little funky though because i shaded it with black at first.... then i decided to color it....Idk....I just wandted to get this idea on paper in some way ^^
